Our application tracks your location (Make sure you have your GPS turned on), and helps you find complaints posted by others in your surrounding area. Like a responsible citizen, find and support these complaints. You can also use the Map feature, to check the complaints posted in any part of the country. Just select range, and double tap on the map. By default, the application will show you complaints within the selected range of your location.

Post your complaint and make it visible to the whole world

Whenever you see a garbage, pollution, broken roads, water clogging, floods, earthquake, illegal slums and living, or water issues, just take a picture, submit your complaint, and your complaint will be seen and supported by many others. Media, Govt officers, Ministers, Local leaders, people around you, may notice your complaint and may help solving it, as soon as possible.

From day one, they will be able to know where the complaints are coming from, and who is not doing his/her job properly. This is our effort to give the local authorities, and Government, more visibility and real time information of the issues faced by common people. This can be a stepping stone for real e-governance, and higher authorities will have transparent, clear and real time feedback directly from people.

It is only when your complaint is resolved, you can change the status of your complaint to “Resolved” . You can either keep a watch to know whether your complaint is resolved, or you can get notified by your friend or any government authority. Your friends or people from government/local authority can send your solve request. You can then verify and close your complaint
